Playback direction reversed

Can I change the playback direction from right to left. :?

No, although there are some silly sounds to be made with the arrow keys "rewinding". There is a plug-in (Plug-Ins > Composing Tools > Retrograde) which will reverse a section of score - maybe a whole score - but it can't handle tuplets.
