Parts : Floating instrument names ABOVE the "page"

Trying to print out parts of a large score, and about half the instruments have their names floating in the blue background way above the page itself.

The piece is long and each part has many pages. I need the instrument names to appear on each page, or there will be problems knowing what is what.

Any ideas how to correct this?
