Playing single notes in a chord with mouse click

This one might be a bit specialist...

I'm trying to set up some education-based videos, and want to use Sibelius on screen while doing voice overs about scales/chords etc - the usual theory stuff. I will be recording the editing of the music, explaining what I'm doing.

I can easily create the chords on screen by inputting notes "on top of each other"...

However, once the chord is created (eg a simple triad CEG). I cannot sound out individual notes in the chord ie if I click on any of the notes, the entire triad is sounded out.

Anyone know of a way of "individualising" the sound of a note in a chord?
