Hi there, I have a simple question. Is it possible to have two rehearsal marks in one measure? I would like to have for example B + C. Thanks

You can use a text object with Create > Text > Special text > Rehearsal marks.

If you do this, Sibelius won't know to adjust other Rehearsal Marks, so you might need to do the next Rehearsal Mark from the Create menu, not the shortcut. That way you get to choose the next letter (D in your example) where Sibelius might want to write C
