Best Firewire External Hard Drive

Hi - I've got about 3.75 GB of Sibelius and PDF files. I'd like to get a firewire (400) external hard drive for back-up. With this small amount, a 500GB would be more fine though a bit of an over kill. Anyone have any suggestions?
