Is there some way of defining Ctrl-something instead of Create - Text - Other System Text - Plain System Text?
I'm interested in fiddle tunes, english, irish, scottish, american old-timey, etc. If anyone has any available as .sib files, especially for free, please let me know.

Preferences > Menus and Shortcuts allows you to do this.
