Hi.
I know that Sibelius 6 has more sounds than Sibelius First.
But -
I was listening to samples in the Sibelius First site.
http://www.sibelius.com/products/sibeli ... index.html
And was amazed of the quality and realizm of these sounds.
But when browsing the Sibelius 6 Scores Examples site.
It sounds terrible.
My questions are:
1) Did anyone tried both version and can compare sounds quality?
2) Is it possible that these two SW use different sound engine/type/source/sample?
Thanks
Jerome

It's weird that you would feel that way. 6 is definitely better. This must have to do with your computer itself.

Hi Thanks for the Replies.
I got Email from Avid explaining why the Sibelius First on the site sounds much better.
Well, it seems that all the recordings when you hit one of the styles (Jazz/Rock/Pop/Blues) is played by live "real" musicians.
It's just an example of the style - and not the SW sounds.
I was confused.
thanks again.
