Alternating time signature / Parenthical time signatures

Is it possible to have a time signature such as 6/8 5/8 where each measure alternates between 6/8 and 5/8; cf. Debussy Copland. Also, can Parenthical time signatures be created?

You should be able to alternate between 6/8 and 5/8. Press the letter T for time signature. Select other type in 5 and then 8 below it press OK and place it on the measure.

No, you misunderstand. I know that I can do that. What I want it to do however, is have one time signature listing both 6/8 and 5/8 without the constant changing of time signatures in the score.

Incidentally, I figured it out: I enter the 6/8 as the time signature and then enter text > special and there's an option for time signature, I type that out and insert it and then hide the time signatures from then on.
