I'd like to know if this is possible: After I import a standard midi file containing say 7 instruments, after my import is completed, can I import another midi file later (tomorrow, next week or next year) to be combined into the exact same score as my initial import??? If yes, please explain how I can do this.

Importing a MIDI file creates a new Sibelius file. If it contains the same staves and instruments as an existing score, Append Score may be useful. If not, Copy and Paste between the scores will be the best way.
