How would I enter the D.S. symbol and the Coda symbol in my score so that they appear on all the parts?
Also, I have a coda and would like to put in the word Coda above it and have that appear on all the parts too?
Thanks for the help.
Making D.S. and Coda signs global.
Press Z on your keyboard (to get to the Symbols page)
Select the Coda signs you want to use, look for "other options" at the bottom of the page (on Sib 7)
Make sure the sign is "Attached to System" (the default is "staff")
That should word for you,

No, you don't need to use symbols when you can do it properly easily enough.
There are right-click options in Tempo Text for repeats that will insert the Sign, Coda, DS al Coda etc, and they should appear OK in all parts.
All explained very neatly in Repeats in the Reference Manual.

Better still use the text Style intended for such things, Repeats Text.
Any System Text style will work. It will appear on the top stave plus those specified in Appearance/System Object Positions, and in all Parts. But Repeats Text is further optimized so as to position over a bar and attach to the end of that bar, which is exactly what you want for DS, coda etc.
