message I get when trying to open sibelius

I recently replaced and cloned my hard drive with an SSD. Everything cloned perfectly. However, when I try to open sibelius I keep getting a message that reads:
"please run the app in the General Midi Module Data folder and restart the plug in."
Has anybody out there seen this message? How do you resolve this issue?

I haven't seem that before. But Sibelius is finicky. The license control might think it is installed on a different computer. Hard to say. I would reinstall the program. Not the sounds, just Sibelius. Or do a repair.
By the way, you will love the SSD. Sounds load very fast.
