Guitar is unintentionally transposed half step down.

Greetings, so I was trying to import some music from a guitar pro 5 file to Sibelius 7.
Basically:
1) Open the original file of Guitar Pro
2) Export to midi
3) Import to a Sibelius 7 new file
4) Copy a bar from the previous step (Sib 7) to another Sibelius 7 file.
Then I get that the music is transposed a halfstep down. I tried changing both the original instrument of the step 3 file and step 4, but still it is one half step down.
Any ideas why?
