Turn program from French to English

I was messing with settings with my computer as a whole when working on a French project. I put in "French" as a language and then after working that way for awhile switched everything back to English - turns out everything is French in Sibelius now and I can't turn it back to English! Everything in the tool box, the timeline, etc. What would be the easy fix? I've gone back into the general settings and everything says English and United States. Funny problem to have - any suggestions?
