dynamics problem

I have installed Sibelius on a new machine and it is activated. I cannot get Control-T or Control-E to work. When I click either one nothing happens.

Depending on the operating system and other software installed, you may have assigned other functions to those keypresses.
Just to clarify: You ARE holding down Ctrl and then pressing E or T? You can't 'click' them.
