Posting A Picture?

Would it be easier if I posted a picture of what the problem is rather than explaining it here? If someone can explain to me how to do that I would appreciate it.

When replying, there is, underneath the main text input box, an option to 'Upload attachment'. That allows you to choose a file on your computer and add it to the post.

When I first wrote this measure the eighth notes were very close together and now they're fine. Maybe Sibelius just had to take a little more time to sort it out.

[attachment=0]Screen Shot 2018-10-09 at 1.14.24 PM.png[/attachment]Well, I apparently was wrong, Sibelius didn't correct itself. The cued in notes are being squished together. It's not happening in all the measures just certain ones and I don't know why. Here is the screen shot of the problem.
