I have several repeat bars in a drum part, but the numbering that appears above (to visually alert players) is off by one bar... ? It shows 4 over the 3rd repeated bar. Any ideas?

That's because it is actually counting the number of bars that are the same (the original bar plus 3 repeats = 4 bars). That's how it is supposed to work.
