Problem: Sibelius Stopped Working.

Sibelius was working fine about 2 hours ago. Now it won't open. The logo comes on the screen and that's it. It won't open and it's got me worried because all my scores are there. I have back up, but Sibelius still has to open.

I forget what OS you are using. In the meantime, shut the computer down completely and, as my wife says, let it think about its sins. Once the computer has properly come to terms with its behavior, start it up. A hard shutdown is different from a restart in that more temporary operations are terminated.
When that doesn't work, and if you are on Windows, you might look into the Event Viewer to see what is happening when you try to open Sibelius.
