Fonts within Sibelius

How can I make sure that the font "Firenze" appears on Sibelius 6? It is installed on my computer system but isn't appearing on Sibelius and I therefore can't edit text styles using it.

AFAIK, if the font is actually installed in Windows/Mac OS it should automatically picked up by Sib.
Is there anything unusual about this font?

FWIW, I just downloaded this font and it does show up in the Sibelius font list. Does it show up in other software?

Hi, yes it does appear in other software (Word for instance). The file type is .TFF - TrueType Font, I'm not sure if that's relevant!

Have you restarted your machine since installing the font?

I have restarted it yes. I might try reinstalling the font from scratch including restart and see if it picks it up. Anything else I could do?

Sibelius is very poor at picking things up that are installed whilst it is running. Make sure sib is not running in the background.
