I want to sell my copies of Groovy Music Shapes/City/Jungle which I bought for my daughter and registered back in 2008. We now want to sell them. My question is whether a buyer will be able to install and register them or can they only be installed and registered once. I still have the original discs, serial numbers and all instructions and packaging etc.

Probably not.

You didn't actually buy the programme, just the license to install, register and use it, and the EULA that you no doubt clicked 'Accept' on when you installed it, would have said that this was a non-transferable licence.
