Hi everyone, i'm new here and generally a noob in Sibelius.

I am currently using NotePerformer (120usd) trial version but i saw that you can also use Vienna Smart Orchestra (175euros).

Anybody here had an experience with these two? Which one is more natural sounding and which one have better articulations?

NotePerformer is fine but strings for example sounds weird sometimes.

Thank you.

My two cents.
I know nothing of VSO. I know that may people like NP a lot. I'm not one of them.
Personally, if you are after good playback, you are going have to spend several hundred dollars on good libraries.
OTOH, you might be surprised what Sibelius Sounds can do if you learn how to work with them. The manual is not much help. Remember Sibelius is notation oriented, not playback. You just need to dig in and experiment. Much can be done.
