Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with exporting videos. In previous versions of Sibelius, when I went to export a score as a video, it gave me a window where I could select the resolution I wanted (360, 480, 720, or 1080). However, in Sibelius 2019, this window has disappeared. The small preview showing what the video will look like has disappeared too.

When I export a video, it comes out in a very low quality and there seems to be no way to change it. Is there a way for me to do this? I have been uploading videos to YouTube in 1080 and I am not satisfied with the low resolution that seems to have become the only option.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Maxwell

Can you download MediaInfo (it's free) and generate a tree report on both one of your source files and an render file? This will help us figure out what's going on.

Which tier ot Sibelius are you on? When the splash screen comes up, does it say Sibelius Ultinmate or just Sibelius?
