Adjust positioning of clef when used in stave of 6+ lines

Hi all, I've been editing the instruments in one of my scores in order to add extra staff lines, however I want the staff lines added "above" the stave, as they are to be used as "permanent ledger lines", therefore the clef that I am using needs to remain in its original position, however whenever additional stave lines are added, they are added above/below the stave, with the clef remaining centered.
Is there any way I can move the clef, or anything else I can do to remedy this? Thanks.
