Make all beams adjacent height-wise?

Hi everyone, can anyone think of a way to make all beams the same height, without having to drag beams that are shorter to meet the highest beam in the bar (in cases where notes are "upstemmed")/ down to meet the lowest beam (in cases where notes are "downstemmed").
