Is there a way to force Sibelius 6 to show all meter changes? Sometimes there are hidden meter changes that occur after I delete a System passage; the meter change will disappear from the score, but the measure will contain the applicable number of beats.

You are misunderstanding how Sibelius works.

When you delete a TS change, Sibelius normaly asks you if you want to re-write. If you have suppressed that message or for some reason it doesn't ask, then you will have 'irregular bars' left behind. There are no Time Sigs to show.

Deleting a system passage will also delete any TS contained within it but the bars after the TS will not be re-written. Again, there is no TS to show.

There is a plugin to find misfilled bars. You can use it on a passage or the whole score to find and correct these errors.

Thank you - do you know where I could find this plugin?

That will depend on which version of Sib you have. In Sib 7 aand up you can use File->Plugins->install.

In Six or below you have to download it from the Sib plugins page. (Google Sibelius plugins.)
