Quantize Question
After I record something in Sib. I go to Renotate Performance (quantizing). I used to be able to choose the 1/8 note from the drop down menu. Something changed. The two choices I have now are 1/32 or 1/16. In order to get to the 1/8 note choice, I have to choose 1/16 because the 1/8 choice is not available in the drop down menu. So I choose the 1/16 quantize and my performance is quantized to the 1/16. Now after the 1/16 quantizing I can go back to the drop down menu and now the three choices I have are 1/32, 1/16 and 1/8, so in other words, the 1/8 becomes available after I choose the 1/16 quantize. Before when I first chose Renotate Performance I had three choices, 1/32, 1/16 and 1/8. Now the 1/8 is not there unless I go through this whole precess that I just explained and takes much longer. Is there any way of getting the three quantize choices in the drop down menu back? Thanks.
Sib's quantization isn't really the same as you have with a DAW.
Rather than try to renotate a performance, why not set the options in flexitime input BEFORE you record? This can greatly reduce the inaccuracy of the 'recording'.
