copyright symbol

How do you get Sibelius to produce the copyright symbol? I see it under Text - Styles but can't figure out what to do in order to actually get the symbol on my music.

Depending on which text style you are using, you should be able to get it by typing [ctrl/cmd][shift]c while editing the text.

The latest version of Sib has an issue in that the copyright text style is not using the correct word menu (or the menu is missing the copyright symbol depending on your point of view!)

I added it to the word menu as follows:

File-->Preferences-->Word Menus
Go to the Symbols menu and copy the copyright symbol (at or near the bottom of the list)
Go to the Wildcards menu
Set it up there, including the shortcut [ctrl][shift]c

OK

You can now use it in the copyright text style.
