Can't see all plugins

I have installed (correctly, I think!) the plugin FindRangePlus, which I have used for some years in previous versions of Sibelius, but now I can't see it in the plugins list. Not only that, but different scores show different lists of available plugins. Some don't even show the plugins group (e.g. "Analysis"). Can anyone point me at what I have done wrong?

It would be very difficult for someone not at your computer to work out what you have done to 'lose' your plugins. Once they are installed, they are installed!
