When I start Sibelius I get a window saying 'Sibelius may not work with this app' The options given are 'get help from the web', or 'continue anyway'
How can I sort this?

I am using Sibelius 7 on windows 10

Which version of sib 7?
Are you running sib in compatibility mode?
How long has this message been appearing?
have you restarted your machine recently?

Hello Mike,

Sibelius 5-2-5 Build 37 Audio engine V1- 010
I don't know what you mean by 'compatibilty mode'
The new message only started appearing a couple of days ago and yes I have re-started my programme and my computer several times and it doesn't get rid of the message.

Charles

Sib 5 is so old now that you may find it worthwhile running it in Windows compatibility mode.
Rt-click the icon on the desktop and choose Properties.
Click on the Compatibility tab and then make choices starting with the latest version of windows supported (8) and work backwards until your issue goes away (or not).

I have tried what you suggested but the message still comes up. However the programme seems to work OK at present so I will carry on until something else goes wrong! Thanks Mike.
