Hi,
I have been getting the attached error message when attempting to open some student submissions. I have the latest version of Sibelius as do my students. Can you help resolve?

AFAIK, this message ONLY appears if the file has been saved in a later version. Check with the student what version they have worked on this file with Sib 7.5, say).
There is a possibility of corruption, especially if they have been working on a 'thumb drive' without properly going through the procedure to safely remove it.
