So, as you can tell this was initially a divisi, but I'd actually like to arrange this into trumpet 1 and 2. Is there an easy way to delete only the blue or only the green notes?

You can use Advanced Filter on the Home page, go to Notes and Chords then untick Voice 1 (for blue notes) or Voice 2 (for green notes)
Select, then delete to remove the notes.

Alternatively you can run the plugin called Delete Voice 1 or Delete Voice 2 on your selection.

The functions Arrange and Explode on the Note Input page might be worth exploring if you do a lot of this kind of thing.

Create one staff each for trumpet 1 and trumpet 2 (rename the current one to Trumpet 1)
Triple click the divisi part and press [ctrl][shift][alt]2
Press [ctrl]x
Select the trumpet 2 staff and use paste into voice (you are pasting from voice 2 into voice 1)
Delete the remaining voice 2 rests from the trumpet 1 staff (triple click, [ctrl][shift][alt]2 then [delete]
