Sibelius Keypad Disappeared

Hello,
My keypad in Sibelius has disappeared for an unknown reason. I tried pressing "Command+Option+K," which toggles it successfully because I can see it in the "View" menu, but the window isn't actually popping up anywhere. I've tried restarting my Sibelius and entire computer, but neither have worked. If anyone knows anything, help is greatly appreciated!
