Hello,
I can't login to Avid Link to activate the Sibelius Ultimate subscription I have already purchased. I try and login, it loads for about 3 minutes, then says 'an error occurred' with nothing else. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Avid link and Sibelius, clearing the cache of Avid link, running Avid link as administrator, and restarting my computer. Nothing works. I am running Windows 10. Thanks so much for your help.
