Font Glitches

Hello,
I read this article (below), mentioning Urtext Font "Burnside," and gave it a try, buying it from Font Shop. There was no support documentation, as the article said, and for some reason though I'm using the Sibelius supported file, every dotted note, the dot displays the numeral 2.
Any help is appreciated.
