Mixer - changing volume of all strings

There used to be an option in the mixer whereby you could reduce the volume of all strings or all wind etc. This doesn't seem to be there anymore. Can anyone tell me where it is, if it still exists?

You need to be showing the following mixer section (purple). Click the button indicated.
