This is weird. My keyboard controller is connected to my computer via USB and it always worked fine until today. Don't know why. When I play certain keys on the keyboard I'm getting two notes. If I play a D, I'm getting D and D#. If I go up a 6th to Bb, I'm getting Bb and B. The keys in between these notes are fine. That's the problem. I rebooted my computer and it still does it, I disconnected my keyboard and and plugged it back in and it still does it. I checked my midi set and it's fine. Help. Thanks.

1) try your keyboard on another app if you have one. If you don't, Musescore is free and quick to install.
2)try a different keyboard.

If 1) still shows the problem and 2) doesn't, there's a fault with your keyboard or it might benefit from a 'reset', if it can do that. Turning off and back on isn't the same as a proper reset.
