I play a bass clef concert instrument. I have some sheet music for alto sax. How do I input this into Sibelius to transpose it? Thanks.

Put it in, if doing it by hand, on a staff which is for alto sax. Do it exactly as written, making sure the Transposing Score button is pressed.

When you've finished, insert an instrument change at the very beginning of the music, before the clef, to eg Bassoon/cello/bass trom.

Alternatively, use a pencil to write a bass clef over all the treble clefs at the start of each line and change the key sign by removing three sharps:

Written key = a, new key =c
Written key = d, new key = f
Written key = g, new key = Bb etc.
