Hello!
I recently updated Sibelius and after that I got a disturbing issue when I write lyrics.
I have never had this problem before. I can "fix" the problem by reset note spacing, but is there any setting I can change so I don't have to do that and get it ok right away?
I post a picture that explains the problem.

Problem with lyrics after update
No, there isn't really. Maybe wait until all the lyrics are in and then import one of the standard house styles.
You could try setting these, if you have the full version of Sib (Ultimate) :

'Update' - do you mean a Sibelius update or an Operating System update?
If you've updated to Big Sur on Mac, then you can only use the very latest versions of Sibelius.
Are you forcing Sibelius to have a certain number of bars on a line, rather than letting it flow?
Also consider reducing the font size for lyrics, I always find the default a bit too large anyway.
And I'd consider using 'Reset Note Spacing' a normal part of inputting lyrics, takes just a second or two.

The new default fonts require wider spacing. I wasn't suggesting you use the displayed value, but that you make it bigger!
