Is there such a thing? I can't find anything in the deliverd plugins whose name indicates it would do this.
Basically, I'd like to provide, say, halfnote rhythm guitar chords, and then have a brilliant plugin convert it to some semblance of strumming. It is so tedious trying to write this manually. And generally, not very pleasing either.

The Strummer plugin ships with Sibelius 7.5.1 and you should find it under Play > Plugins.
If it's missing for some reason you could try downloading it from the Sibelius plugins webpage or via File > Plugins.
I tried Strummer ages ago without much success, then gave it up. Hopefully if you persist you'll have more luck.
