I am trying to unregister Sibelius 5 from one computer and transfer it to a new one I have just bought but I can't unregister the programme on the old computer as it doesn't respond and allow me to unregister.
It is also not at all clear how I can contact Sibelius to ask for help. What is the email address of Avid as it doesn't appear anywhere that I can see?
Any help would be most welcome!
Moving Sibelius to another computer
1. If you are on a Mac, give up now
2. Sib 5 is so old now that it is no longer supported - it's not even an Avid product. (The company that now owns Sibelius)
3. The phone lines are closed due to covid.
