Hi everyone,
I'd love to use a Fender Rhodes in some of my compositions, but it seems there is no such instrument available on Sibelius. Could somebody let me know how to get this instrument (or if it is indeed possible)... I have the Scarbee VST for rhodes from NI on Cubase if that helps.
Thanks
Fender Rhodes Sound for Sibelius?
If you can use that VST with Kontakt, then you can use it in Sibelius. A quick search revealed a few Fender Rhodes scattered among a myriad of keyboard and piano sounds.

Thanks for the reply.
Luckily I do use the VST with Kontakt. How would I go about setting up Kontakt within Sibelius?

If you have installed Kontakt, you need to look for the folder where your VSTis are stored. When you installed it, you would have had a message saying where it was going to go. Also, what version and/or tierof Sib have you got? You need to have the same type of vst as you have of sib - ie if you are running a 32 bit version of sib (6 and earlier), you need the 32bit version of the vst and if you have a 64bit version of Sib (eg 7.5 and higher) you need the 64 bit version of the vst. You also need to tell Sib where to find the vst, using the Folders button in the Audio engine Options dialog.
