Hi,

My old desktop with Sibelius 7.1.3 died and my Avid Support subscription lapsed years ago. I have used my existing discs to load it onto a new desktop, but I can't register/activate this. The online help takes me round in circles. There's no 'Deactivate' button in the Help menu.

What can I do?

Many thanks.

What is the OS of your new machine? If it's a Mac with Big Sur give up now.

If it is windows, you will have to raise a case with Avid registration support http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

Thank you.
I am on Windows 10.
I have tried to send the request by the link you suggested, but it won't send it because the boxes in the form for Product Type (Audio/Video) allow no input for Sibelius.
