I have running Sibelius (2021-2) on two computers (a desktop and a notebook) of which the latter is broken now. While the desktop still runs ok, I don't have any possibility to use the broken computer in order to "un-license" its copy of Sibelius. In the meantime I have bought a new notebook and installed Sibelius. However, as long as the old license is still "alive" I can't use it... Can anybody tell me how to do this - I have written several times to the official AVID Sales Service but no answer whatsoever!!

Rearrange licenses
You have to 'raise a case' with Avid. If you take a look on the official Sibelius chat page - https://www.sibelius.com/cgi-bin/helpce ... ?groupid=3 - you'll see that the topic has been covered and the procedure give countless times.
