Hi,

We need more information:

What is your OS? What version of the OS?
What EXACT version/tier of Sibelius?

Is it just this file or are several files affected?
Can you post an image or can you email me the file so I can have a look (email in my signature).

What has changed on your machine recently?

You're not trying to run Sib 7.5 under Big Sur, are you?

If so, give up on that now, as 7.5 is incompatible with Big Sur (or anything else Apple have up their sleeves).

If you want to use 7.5, you'll have to downgrade the Mac O/S. You could keep Big Sur and stump up the hefty upgrade price for the latest version of Sibelius Ultimate. Or buy a Windows machine and run 7,5 happily on that - possibly cheaper than the upgrade!

If you have upgraded your O/S, make sure that your printer is still supported and that you really do have the latest drivers installed for it. Visit the manufacturer's website to download them if required.

And we should also give the usual advice to Mac users. Restart it, if you haven't done so recently.
