Sibelius Ultimate crossgrade constantly on hold
I recently purchased a crossgrade to Sibelius Ultimate on the 22nd, and it is still on hold asking for the System ID. I cannot find my System ID anywhere, it's not on the Avid Link master app. I saw that the payment went through on my card and I'm so confused. It's especially frustrating as well since my previous subscription to Sibelius had just ended and I am currently working on an arrangement.
You really need to take this up with Avid directly. Contact ingrid.guce@avid.com or justin.tokke@avid.com.
