Hi,
I would like to create two different versions from a duo for piano and viola. One with a small viola staff and a normal piano part, and the other way around. Does anyone know how to do this? Or maybe what this is called? It's a fairly common way to print music for the different players, I thought?
Thanks, Esther

You can do this by going to Add or Remove Instruments (shortcut:I), and selecting which instrument to have a smaller staff. You can select both piano staves by holding the Ctrl button when clicking. Then tick the Small staff box in the bottom left hand corner of the dialog box, then OK.

Not 100% sure this is the same as in your version of Sibelius, but it should be pretty similar.

If you have a later version of Sib (2019.x or later) you can set the ratio of sizes between smaller and larger staves.
