I used to be able to select a chord, and go to "Filters" and choose filter top note, bottom note, etc...
Now it doesn't exist in the "Filters" menu? What happened? How do I get that back?
I took a screenshot of where this always existed in my previous versions of Sibelius, and now that I have upgraded to the newest version, it no longer shows up in the "Filters" menu. Trying to upload a screenshot and now that is even giving me a load of trouble. Extremely frustrated by all of this.
Edit: Just also discovered... In the "Add Bar" pull down menu, now I can only add a single bar, or add bar to the end. Gone is the option of adding "Other" where you can type in a number for how many bars you can add.
What happened to my menus?
Filter notes disappeared from menu

If you have upgraded from an earlier version of Sibelius, did you buy Sibelius or Sibelius Ultimate. If you've been used to Sib 6/7/8 then 'upgrading' to plain Sibelius is actually a serious DOWNgrade.

I wish I was shitting you. So many, many people have been caught out by this stupidity.
The current Sibelius is the equivalent of what was called Sibelius|First.
Sibelius ULTIMATE is the equivalent of the old Sibelius
Sibelius|First is now the free, totally wrecked and gutted version.
The good news is that you can contact AVID, try Justin.tokke@avid.com or ingrid.guce@avid.com, and they may be able to sort out your issue.
