My Mac returned from the shop reformatted. I put my stuff back on it via Time Machine, but when I tried to open Sibelius it said I have to uninstall, then reinstall it. I have tried to figure out how, but it's virtually impossible, with the confusing instructions. Can anyone help me? Thanks. Using Sibelius Ultimate 20.12.0.3117 and Mac OS 12.2.1 --Tom in Texas

I have heard it said that you should not use Time Machine to reinstall sib on a Mac. It more often than not fails.

Drag all your sib program/folders to the trash then reinstall from scratch. You should have unregistered/deactivated your sib beforehand, but it's too late for that now. You willl need to raise a case with avid support.
