Video Window Size- Stuck

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has encountered the problem of the video window only re-sizing to full-screen? When I open the file the video window is small and the only size I can change it to is full screen which is too big, I can't get any size in between. I'm using Sibelius Ultimate. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I'm sorry, but I don't have any good news for you. I have heard of this issue on Macs, but not on PC. The video system on Sib has been broken for a whhile. Perhaps you should complain on the official forum here: https://www.sibelius.com/cgi-bin/helpce ... &groupid=3. I'm not saying anything will be done, but at least it's the official forum.

Thanks so much Mike! I'm actually asking for someone who is using a Mac...so sorry I didn't mention that. They recently got a new Macbook so I'm guessing that must be the issue...thanks so much again Mike
