Is it possible to print out a sheet of plain staff paper in Sibelius with no whole rest or any kind of rest on the paper just lines. Sometimes when a mistake is made on a part, say on one or two measures, it would be nice to just cut out a piece of staff paper and glue it on a part and write in the correct notes rather than go back into the score, correct the part and print the whole part out again. I'm suggesting using the staff paper within the score you're working on this way the lines would match up. I have staff paper, but the lines don't match the part from Sibelius.

What about hiding everything (Ctrl/Cmd Shift A Shift H) and printing that?

Not sure if that would work for you - you'd still get bar lines, KS, clefs and instruments if present but otherwise blank staves in the original proportions for you to write the notes in.

Creating your own MSS paper is quite easy in Sibelius.
1. Create a new file using a simple treble clef staff.
2. Go to Home-->Instruments-->New
3. Set up the dialogs as shown in the images.

4. Create exactly 12 bars ([ctrl]b). Delete any others.
5. Select each barline and press [return] once (you might need to temporarily show barlines again while you do this.)
6. Play with the staff size and margins until you get 12 staves on a page (Image)

Unfortunately, I can't post the sib file on here, but if you email me (address in my sig) I'll send it to you.

WOW. Fantastic. Thanks Mike, it worked great. Just what I needed. The paper matches exactly with the printed parts of my score. KJ I tried your way and couldn't get it to work.
