2,3 ending?
You can edit the line for the 2nd ending to create a new line with 2.3. as the text, although it is more usual to find 1.2. & 3.
The problem is whether the repeat barline should have a hook or not. 1st endings do, but 2nd endings don't. If the music repeats back to an earlier point in the music, any 1/2 time barline must have a hook. If the music continues on after the line then it should be open at the RHS.

The hook is the vertical line at the end.
So, please just explain - or show me - what the repeat structure is, so that I can help you to make it work. Where does the structure go from the 2nd time bar? Is there a DS or DC?

This is what I want to do only in Sibelius.

Yes, I get that, but where do the 2nd and 3rd times go to? How do you get back to the start of the repeat in order to take the 3rd time bar?

If that's all, just:
Go to Notation > Lines > Click the bottom right box (Edit lines) > Click the 2nd repeat System line > New > Yes
Change the Name to (something like) 2-3 Ending
Click the Edit... button near Text, and change the text from 2. to 2.3. and OK.
(Sorry, no fancy screenshots)
Then you can choose your 2-3 Ending line from the Lines menu as usual. The standard 2nd ending line is left intact, Of course you may also want to adjust the play on pass settings in Inspector. You can use your new line in other scores if you save in House Style or Manuscript paper.

But it will not play back. You will have to use a manual repeat structure!

Indeed Mike, but maybe in this case it's not needed, and sus4 has already tweaked the roadmap? Took me a while to figure out, but it's second nature now! Unless we hear to the contrary...

OK, but just for my sanity, is there a DS/DC to get back to play the 3rd time bar? I saw this once in an ABBA song.

Yes, there is a D.S. Let me give you the road map so to speak. By the way this is a Rod Stewart, Bob Dylan, Kevin Savigar and Jim Cregan song called Forever Young. So, the song begins and goes down to the first ending and repeats back to a certain measure. It now continues on to the 2.3 ending which is the 2nd ending. From there it goes to a measure that says D.S al Coda. Now we go back to the "Sign" and from there we go to the 2.3 measure which is the 3rd ending and continue on to a measure that says To Coda. From that point we now go to the Coda and of course to the end of the song. Hope this explains it. You can hear the song on YouTube if you want.
